Every family deserves to feel confident, informed, and ready for high school, tests, or whatever comes next.
We're Patricia and Reid, veteran educators with a few decades of combined classroom experience. We help students and families navigate high school, standardized testing, and post-secondary opportunities.
High school is a lot. The pressure is real: from GPA to test prep to figuring out what comes after graduation. Most families are navigating it without a real guide. We're here to change that. Whether your student is a sophomore just starting to think about college, or a senior staring down application deadlines, we bring the knowledge and experience to help your family move forward with confidence.
We work with students and parents who want more than a test score.
We hear the same worries from families all the time.
"I don't even know where to start."
We do. Real teachers who've guided hundreds of students know what matters and when.
"The SAT isn't even required anymore — so why bother?"
Many colleges have gone test-optional, but optional doesn't mean irrelevant. A strong score still opens doors: to merit scholarships, competitive programs, and schools where scores remain a factor. When a score can only help, preparation still makes sense.
"Don't they review this stuff in school?"
Some do… briefly. But there's a big difference between covering material in class and teaching a student how to take a timed, standardized test strategically. We focus specifically on what the tests actually reward, which isn't always what the classroom covers.
"How much could really have changed since I took the test?"
A lot, actually. The SAT went fully digital in 2024. The format, timing, and tools are different and therefore so are the strategies. What worked when you were a student may not apply to the test your child is sitting down to take.
Right now, we help students prepare for the SAT.
And we are good at it...
Test prep is where most families find us, and it's where we've built a track record since 2015. Our SAT and ACT classes are small (max 10 students), taught by real educators, and structured around two full practice tests so progress is measurable, not just promised.
…Now we are building something bigger.
Test prep is where we start, not where we stop. We’re developing resources, guides, and tools to help families navigate all of high school and post-secondary planning. If you want to be apart of what we are building, join our newsletter.
